What's it about?

Hell if I know. I'm just making this thread. I'll watch it later. Not that anyone seems interested in the show. It's been like, I don't know, a few hours since this aired probably.

Like people are just camping to get the biggest show. You know what happens then? You get stuff like the Magus Bride thread. Now don't get me wrong, that's a 10/10 thread right there. But like any schmuck can get it so now you all get to look at an MS paint image when looking at the thread. Real professional stuff.

Now you have threads like this, popping up because people are worried about losing the chance to make their own thread (granted I'm making these awful threads).

Oh you're still reading this?

Go watch the show or something.

Honestly I just couldn't think of a way to make fun of the show since I haven't seen it yet while I was making this.

Episode 1

I'm not exactly sure what to think about this and all the CG stuff. Pretty interesting to see that those girls are all made out of minerals and chip away as they are damaged in battle. It's much like with Kancolle and warships, Upotte and guns, and Akikan with soda cans, here it is minerals being the girls. While the action is pretty cool, unfortunately I got lost with the story. Cinnabar sure has an attitude problem, while Phos is pretty reckless. I'll see where things go, but this is pretty much gimmicky stuff at this point.

Wasn't the worst thing I've seen. Thought it was a pretty decent use of CG compared to other stuff out there.

That was a pretty show and the music was nice too. My only real gripes were the pacing felt slow, all the characters have the same body it seems minus height, face, and hair, and no one else is talking about it. But, overall I enjoyed it. Not sure if I will keep up with it, but I'll see where the first arc goes at least.

This was actually pretty cool. I liked the sort of old school anime/manga art style and feel it meshed fairly well with the CG. It doesn't look like your average drawn anime but it doesn't feel like it was trying to, which is where a lot of CG anime fails. The world is interesting and the design on the Lunarians is awesome. Pleasantly surprised and I'll definitely be back for more next week.

Meh CG isn't my thing so won't be watching anymore but I have to say whoever the seiyuu for the MC was she did a great job she really made the character come to life so to speak.

The one thing about this anime is that it is something different. Something quirky and odd. So far the story seems interesting and the setting unique. But I wish the characters had been drawn with a bit more individuality than just different types of hair. Even rocks have more individuality than they do.

I really want to watch it, but the CG is personally killing me, despite the characters being these precious stones, the show it self frame by frame wise is not smooth from my perspective. Really sad cause this was a show that was very eye catching for me, but the visuals are just not doing it for me. Its also weird since the studio making it looks like this is their first ALL CG attempt, shame in my opinion.

As one of my favorite subjects in high school, I'm actually looking forward to learning about the crystalline minerals, enough to overlook the CG. Today's lesson includes a hydrated zinc phosphate. Interesting how each girl is different. From what I can tell, the story is about discovering how they "fit" in the world. A different take on that theme.

(I'm glad I don't have to calculate these formulas anymore. )

Episode 2

Here comes Diamond and while the gem is known for its hardness, unfortunately she's one of the weaker ones and pales in comparison to Bort. So the enemies attack, and Dia got herself into a mess that Bort had to bail her out from. But then another invasion comes as it's headed straight for Kongo while he's meditating, and in comes a snail that dissolves gems. Phos is caught in it while nobody could make a dent on it as weapons just break. Bort was being such a jerk there, but that is all about to change now that the acidic snail is on the attack.

All these feminine gems....if I could, I would love them all. I would take Phosphophyllite, and say to it, "You're beautiful! Marry me! If you marry me now, I will make sure you will...(Mg,Fe2+)2(Mg,Fe2+)5Si8O22(OH)2!

Oh, sorry Bubbles, I just love being a soft Talcer, if you know what I mean.

But seriously, it's still very early yet this is actually completely true. This is a series that far too many people are going to sleeping on just because it's all CG. If things keep going the way they have been in the first couple of episodes, this show is going to be a great one. It's hitting on almost every level and deserves way more hype than it has.

Talc can be a slippery slope.

Episode 2 took a turn I wasn't expecting with slime slug. Poor Phos.

Gritty Bort is useful with her strength, but maybe Dia's overwhelming brilliance can be useful too.
