I was not prepared for the opening scene. I found it funny how they explained the omelette, that Alice could just magically lay eggs (my brain immediately jumped to 'omelette made of human ova').

Anyway, it seems alright so far. It's always nice to find shows like this where the characters are actually of-age, and aren't just another group of high schoolers.

I wonder when Nayu will realize that the perfect plan would be to marry Chihiro, become Itsuki's imouto(-in-law), and then stage a little... accident for Chihiro, at which point Itsuki would have no choice but swoop in to take care of his grieving imouto(-in-law).

.

I thought them being human ova was what was implied, not magicly laid chicken eggs.

Jeez, a female human's eggs? That's disgusting.

Edit: Actually, it is fucking disgusting. This anime is already a 1/10 in the first 30 seconds. I am trying to scrub my brain clean of such an image.

Trap....well it says right there in the description of the show that the brother is in fact, not a brother at all ^^. now why she is pretending to be a guy,

With a brother that creepily obsessed with imoutos I can see why

Pretty sure it was meant to be along with him washing it down with her breast milk and wiping his mouth with her used panties...that he also eats...

Sorry, I thought the ketchup was....crap. Of course, I read a real life case of this recently, so you know...I am a teeny bit sensitive to this in an anime.

(Alright, 7/10, the protagonist is me, and I am him.)

The editor pretty much said to stop imagining an alternate world where people lay eggs, so no it was really chicken eggs. I found it hilarious, because at that point it was less about being creepy and more about being absurd.

Still somewhat angry the author decided to "fool" me. What else was I suppose to think? Even knowing this is not the case, I am still frightened by the imagined scenario if it were.

Also, I wager $10 that Chihiro, the younger brother, is eventually revealed to be biologically female in the second season.

The opening fake-out was brilliant. I was still wondering what kind of translation issues they were having with Alice's "milk and eggs" when she grabbed panties from another world. I appreciated the editor asking for an explanation.

The rest seems fairly conventional. I'm surprised that the reveal from the description wasn't in the first episode (unless you count the character design) but it's not the first time that's happened. I'm intrigued enough by MC's relationship with Nayuta to stay tuned.

what was with that stupid Stamp/Seal thing every few minutes?

Those are used to break scenes that would flow awkwardly otherwise. It's just not a show that needs them, unlike more gag oriented shows like Konosuba. (I'm not sure if there's a name. They're similar to the "eye catches" that appear before and/or after the commercial break.j

Indeed! I love imoutos! They're the greatest thing in the world! I wish I could adopt all the imoutos in the world!

Congratz! You never told us that they'd be making an anime about you!

Anyway, not my cup of tea at all. Not coming back for next week.

Please, this is not accurate. If it were, I would have made love to Nayu 20x over.

I gotta say, Kanemoto Hisako is really racking up the yanderes. From Tenjou in Gamers last season, to Nayuta in this, this season.

I started to watch it then there was all the censors in the world and now I'm just going to wait to watch it. Because I refuse to deal with censors and most of the time it isn't really a must watch series, otherwise I would deal with it. I'm watching enough right now that this isn't a much watch for the time being.

Well, maybe at first, but when he was explaining to the editor he mentioned she "laid" the eggs, which suggests something akin to chicken eggs. Although, it all leaves me wondering how one would make an omelette out of ova... Can they be scrambled like normal eggs?

Moving on from that, I also thought it was funny the show was allowed to explicitly name drop other series like Oreimo and Haganai along with their characters, but all of Itsuki's figurines' faces had to be censored and their color palettes altered. I guess figurine-cameos cost more than name-drops.

We are pleased by this. We anticipate becoming or having become pleased by this next time. However, Chihiro needs to lose the sweatshirt.
