My account e-mail was changed by some random person and Crunchyroll support is not responding to e-mail. Is the only way to recover my account to sit and wait for their support to respond? I had to make a second account to just ask this question and I would really like to get back onto my account before they use my info to spend a bunch of money...

The last I checked (months ago), they hadn't provided any other contact option (i.e. direct email or telephone) in years. There were also occasional reports of people saying they had tried to contact CR, with CR 1) saying there was nothing showing in the system, 2) saying that because the victim filed multiple requests it delayed responding to any of them, and/or 3) saying that the victim never responded to their request for more information (which the victim often said they hadn't gotten). I hope none of them is the case.

You should have received an automatic response letting you know that they got your email. Did you fill out the CR support form and submit it? Here's the link: /contact

Yes I did, but I still haven't received a response from over 5 hours now. The only other e-mail I received was to check help forums, which I did and if I resolved the problem to respond to that e-mail saying "resolved" but it was not resolved so i did not respond to that e-mail
