Just wanted to state this publicly because of how infuriating this experience has been.

So after two years give or take of being a crunchyroll member, I've had a grand total of six seperate issues with billing and premium membership. What is normally just an easy monthly payment with more professional services like netflix has turned into a horror story with crunchyroll.

First I ended up with your database creating an issue where it wouldn't let me use my credit card to renew, saying it was eternally stuck on check out. After days of talking with customer service, nothing happened and I ended up having to buy it from the store, a 12 month membership, figuring that would solve my issues.

One year later? I buy another 12 month as it won't let me subscribe -still- with my credit card, and I apply it. Two months go by, and then suddenly I get a mysterious charge for a monthly subscription despite the fact I already bought 12 months subscription.

THEN after that happens, with me 60 bucks poorer and needing to deal with customer support to refund that subscription, I find myself in this weird limbo where it says I'm a premium member, but can't watch any premium content when I try to resubscribe.

So thanks crunchyroll, for taking 60 bucks, and a giant pain in my side. I finally had a weekend off after several weeks in a row, was hoping to marathon some shows I had missed, and can't even watch it on that day.

Why should I even support such an unprofessional product like this? This is what creates more pirates, and this is seriously my last straw. Fix your billing and make it actually have good code or you guys are only going to hurt the industry with business practices like this.

So now I wait who knows how many hours or days for a CS response to try and fix this mess so I can actually watch what I paid for as I sit without membership, 60 dollars less, with nothing to show.

I never sub with card to anything if I can avoid it. Luckily I use PayPal and can cancel the sub through PayPal instead which is the method I prefer.

Just great! I try ordering a one month pre pay and I still don't have premium access. What's even the point? Customer service still hasn't contacted me yet either.

Fix your crappy service instead of making stupid conventions.

PayPal broke and won't work anymore with them, it fails if I try to use it. I don't even know why I pay anymore.

It is on my new account, just not my old one.

Eitherway I demanded a refund of 67 dollars because my old account is clearly broken. Hopefully they deliver because of this hassle.
