It doesn't matter what kind of tea I drink so long as it's tea, right? Or does it have to be a certain type of tea for good for colds? I know there is Theraflu but can you call that a tea when it's not. Anyway, what do you think?

Got any advice?

Some herbs are good, like mint, fennel, eucalyptus, lemon and chamomile.
ginger and honey also help.

When you are making your tea, the herbs must be by infusion and the ginger by decoction.

And dont forget to take a rest.

Yeah, any hot tea-like beverage may help you feel a little better. But really, once you come down with a cold, there's no quick fix for it. You just have to feel yucky and be stuffed up until you get over it... a week or so. Rest and get plenty of fluids, and eat healthy, spicey stuff.
