Hello!


I just have a quick question. I preordered a figure on the store. It says now that "The product you requested does not exist."

I've monitored it for a bit, a few days ago I could click the link for the figure I bought and instead of a preorder button it didn't let new preorders through (but I locked mine for a while).


SO, my question is - will I still get such a figure? Or should I expect my order to be refunded XD?

I mean, I have quite a few preorders from that seller and now many of the other figures I bought from them are no longer "preorder" but people are allowed to just add it to their cart. That's something that makes me nervous about continually preordering - perhaps I should wait for things to be sent now XD?

We routinely hide items from the store that have sold out during the pre-order phase. This does not affect existing orders. You do not need to worry.
