Concur, the new UI apart from the 10 sec skip features, is absolutely terrible. Its a chore to find anything now.

There are a couple of random things they have that CR doesn't. And every so often they get some things earlier. Like Gundam IBO was a week ahead on Hulu. And they had Season 2 Assasination Classroom as well. But the ui is so bad now, I have stopped using it as much.

I have to admit I do find the anime section lacking compared to the size of it last year. It kind of pisses me off a bit. I also have a huge problem with the fact that no Hulu Japan content appears on Hulu U.S. but can understand why (although not being able to watch the new Higurashi live-action series, Crow's Blood, Sotai Sekal or Criminologist Himura and Mystery Writer Arisugawa mini-series do sting a bit). The Disney deal also turned out to be a bit of a disappointment so far.

That said, I love their assortment of classic TV. I just wish they had the full runs of more of them. Just putting up season 1 isn't enough sometimes. I'd say I like it, but it's got a looooong way to go before I can say I love it.

I don't care for traditional media content so the anime is really all I would be interested in. That said, when last I checked they didn't really have much CR/Funi didn't already offer so I don't see the need to pay for another service to get the same content I already get.

Hulu is my second most used streaming service, CR being first (via Roku, as I can't stand to watch stuff on my computer or on a mobile device). I too pay the extra $ to not have ads. Though, I don't use it for anime much, mostly current network TV and older TV shows (just added Family Matters to my queue). As mentioned by others, I'm also not terribly impressed by the anime selection, as a good chunk of it I can stream here or elsewhere. If not and it's an older show, there's a good chance I own the discs, as I've been collecting anime on physical media for almost 16 years.

It wasn't available in my region too but then I downloaded it here https://freepps.top/apps/entertainment/hulu on my phone. It offers unlimited access to full-length movies and TV shows. With its help I can watch my fav movies anytime I want. As for me I think it's useful service.

Hulu has a better selection of (non-anime, at least) shows than Netflix does. I have a free trial of it and am much more impressed with it than Netflix which I hardly ever used.

I used to watch a decent amount of anime on Hulu, so I guess it's a pretty decent site. Never really lagged up or stuttered while I watched anything.

I used to watch my anime on Hulu before I started using cr, it has a decent anime library and other good tv shows too. It's more pricey, but I think is about the same as Netflix if you add no-ads, which they charge $4 on top of the monthly subscription for that if I remember correctly, which is kind of lame. The other thing I didn't like is that it does not work outside the US, if they really want to be a competitive network they should spread out.

It's better to use than Crunchyroll but it doesn't have the newest of content.
