This is pure bs.
Almost a month have passed and they still haven't fixed this damn problem.
I don't want to watch anime through their site , only use this app, what the hell am I paying premium for anyways? this service is a total let down.

I have problems with the win 10 app too
I'm able to login, search, open reviews, etc, but playback won't start no matter how much I wait. It just keeps buffering for all of eternity!
My device is a Lenovo Thinkpad 8, winch has one of the best screens I've ever seen in a tablet, I just love watching content on it.
the win 10 app is my only option since the web browser lags like hell!
Please fix ASAP
thank you! <3

I had no idea that there was a Crunchy-App in the Windows Store.

I stream from the website using the Google Chrome on a 9 year old desktop connected to my 43" 1080P flat screen. I stream at 720P normally with-out any issue. During heavy site usage, choosing 480 clears up any lag.

What browser are you using?

I use Edge, believe it or not, it's the fastest on a 2GB ram win 10 tablet.
still, the point remains, they should fix the win 10 app

Edge has been getting better lately, and the heavy resource usage is getting fixed on latest Insider builds.
I'm using it with flash permissions enabled.

Same as you, I'm unable to watch using the Windows 10 app directly; and Kodi has its own issues too.
Also, Flash Player is getting obsolete; therefore, either an HTML5 viewer is required (even Bandai Channel has a HTML5 viewer), or the app shall be updated to support the latest versions of Windows 10; at least Creators Update (14393).
