Membership is no longer working. Been a member for YEARS. It doesn't even let me try to renew membership because it says I'M ALREADY A PREMIUM MEMBER. Fix this.

same here. .. just found this in their mess of a support site https://help.crunchyroll.com/hc/en-us/articles/204537529-I-paid-for-Premium-Membership-but-don-t-have-access-to-any-Premium-benefits-What-happened-

guess i'll try the contact support link there... while i wait to see if they just did this to everyone.

Same here, all of a sudden it says my subscription is active but I don’t have the perks. Also recieved an e-mail today that says my subscription expired, while it’s been paid for until November 10th.

All of you guys were recently switched over from our legacy PayPal billing method to a more modern one. Looks like the expiry of the old type ended up resetting your status while it should not have.

Anyone having the same issue, please reach out via /contact, and we'll fix it for you.

I am having the same issue, but apparently i expired 5 days ago, and i should be on auto renew. I have been for years. but i can not renew the service. I am extremely confused by this.
