I have been a crunchyroll member for a long time and now it's not letting me watch some shows like black clover without upgrading? I dont understand? I pay 11.95 per month. Please explain. Now it's asking me sign up for something called premium.

What country/region do you live in? Usually shows being blocked means regional license issues. Also check to make sure your last payment went though. Its possible somehow your last payment was declined.

I've moved this over to Site Support/Minor Questions.

Several people have reported a problem where somehow their premium account stopped working. If you are paying 11.95 a month then that is a premium membership you are paying for (Premium + in fact).

Currently your profile page says you are a "Normal" (not Premium) member, but if your account page (/acct/membership) says you are Premium or Premium + then something is wrong and you should contact customer support directly using the /contact form.

ETA: Are you using PayPal to pay your membership? See this post from a customer support staff about what happened:
