I was wondering of buying the Dub version of Yuri on Ice the complete series. Does it have the changes that have been made to the Blu ray and Dvd versions? Like this. I allready seen the show in japanese sub. I'm not a dub hater, I try to give the dub a shot if i dont like it I switch. But i know the Yuri on Ice Blu ray never came out over here... so im not sure if the Dvd dub version is just a rip of the funimation website.

I don't think there is a North American dvd release of Yuri on Ice. It probably won't be released here for another year.

You need to remove the "$" from the image code (as I've done in the quote above) for images to show. It is a known bug CR has yet to correct.

As Funimation apparently hasn't announced a release date for a home video version of the series, whatever you plan on buying will be a bootleg if it includes an English dub.

The changes as mentioned above are in the Japanese blu-ray/dvd releases, and very likely will be in the foreign release too (once they get around to releasing it). This happens a lot in anime, they clean things up for the video release, to fix small things they didn't notice or were too busy to correct when the series aired.

I'm not a dub hater either, it really depends on the series for me. Yuri on Ice has a really great dub, by the way, you can see it on Funimation or VRV. Victor and Yurio's Russian accents are a little over the top (you get used to them pretty quickly), but Yuuri's voice actor is really great. The series also seems more comedic in the English dub than in the original Japanese.
