I paid for this series on Steam and am attempting to play it. The series for some reason is being read as a game by Steam, and instead of "Watch" the launch option is "Stream" or "Install" (these are options for games only). When I attempt to do either, the system informs me that the content "is not available in my region for download", which is obviously because the files are read only stream files.

In short you sold me a series that's unplayable because you set up the video's file depot wrong. Please help.

Yep.

Hasn't changed in 24 hours, which is when I bought it.

I've closed this thread because this wasn't a particularly better category. You even got a reply (though not a solution) on your other thread from a customer support person.

All of the subforums in the Help section are primarily for user to user assistance; if you didn't receive a reply that's a good indication that other users do not know how to help. If you really need help from CR's customer support, you should fill out the /contact form to contact them.

Also, did you try contacting Steam's support? Since this was a purchase from them it would seem they could help get this sorted out (unless you have already contacted them and they said you needed to contact CR.)


Steam cannot help with this issue, as they don't touch merchant depots. You guys need to fix the issue instead of giving me non-answers and rejections. I'll contact CR directly, I should also note that while you're telling me the person to respond is a CS person, there's absolutely nothing on the thread to indicate that. It just shows a premium member. You guys should consider titles that make this clear.

Getting there. An update was issued and now episodes 1-5 work. The rest are still broken.

7 Days after release. Episodes 1-5 are the only ones that actually work. Feeling quite gypped about now.
