This should not be happening with a video. My Steam client is reading every other entry as a video and presenting "Watch" as an option. Not this.

Please fix this. Made this thread because I realized the other one is in the wrong category and HOPING that's why you've ignored this for three days.

I've closed this thread because this wasn't a particularly better category. You even got a reply (though not a solution) on your other thread from a customer support person.

All of the subforums in the Help section are primarily for user to user assistance; if you didn't receive a reply that's a good indication that other users do not know how to help. If you really need help from CR's customer support, you should fill out the /contact form to contact them.

Also, did you try contacting Steam's support? Since this was a purchase from them it would seem they could help get this sorted out (unless you have already contacted them and they said you needed to contact CR.)
