So my account got hacked a couple of days ago, but ended up getting cleared up. The problem now is, I got my actual membership I was using refunded and it now says that a membership is currently active but I'm still a free user. This all happened 4 days ago and I'm still a free user. Has this happened to anyone else, and how long did it take to get their premium membership back? I know this is a question for support but I'm just curious if anyone else knows.

I've moved this over to Site Support / Minor Questions, but I don't understand how you got a refund and still expect your account to be premium. I'd suggest emailing support again if you feel there's a problem with the account to make sure they understand that you don't think the issue is fully resolved.

ETA: Ah, maybe you mean that it says you have Premium here:

Even though your profile says "Normal" and your account isn't behaving as Premium. And that means you can't buy Premium because at some level CR "thinks" you are already Premium. Is that correct?

When I go under my account settings to "Upgrade Account" I try to buy it and it gives me an error saying " Sorry, you are ineligible because you already had a free trial or are currently a Premium Member." Unless I'm going to the wrong section to buy a membership?

If you go to one of these, does it still do that?

"Plain" premium:
/premium_pick_plan?membership=premium

or if you want Plus:
/premium_pick_plan?membership=premiumplus

If it's still a problem from there, then it's an account problem, so you would need to put in a support request here: /contact

I'm getting this same issue. I've also sent in a support ticket but I haven't received a response after 3 days. Only difference is as far as I am aware, my account was never hacked and I was able to use CR without issue maybe a week or 2 prior. I only noticed this after this weekends malware issue.
