Just the episodes, I was looking to watch this series and looked it up on my anime list, and there is like 4-5 entries, CR lits 28 episodes, but they only have like 14 or so and a few different series, what all is in the crunchyroll list so I can keep track of it all.

No, how about some nice simple clarity, like the scene where Yuki sits and listens to the Acting Club's improv exercises through the wall next door (supposedly taken from one of the crew's own actor-improv exercise sessions) for five minutes, with absolutely nothing else happening in the scene?
There--That's not so easy to understand, now, is it?

There are two seasons and a movie thats it.

It's about 26 episodes long give or take one or two eps.

8 of those episodes are essentially carbon copies of each other and aren't worth giving them more than 25 minutes of screen time for the bunch. (first episode of the endless eight and the last 5 minutes of the last endless eight.)

It's a good series but it has aged not so well over the years. (but don't ask the Haruhi fanatics)

I expect you are seeing something like this on MAL:

The first is the movie, which was released after both TV series airings. I don't know of any legal streaming for this. Funimation has the home video license and their version has been available since May 30, 2017. (Bandai had also previously released this when they had a US presence).

The second is the first series, The third is the second series. Both are meshed together in chronological order on CR. (I believe this was also how they aired on Japanese TV the second time around).

The third is the chibi-fied short form anime. This is a comedy spin-off and not part of the main series canon. Funimation has the license for both this and the related Nyoron! Churuya-san, and appears to stream them all in a single video:

While not on the above list, The Disappearance of Nagato Yuki-chan is also a related series. The relationship makes more sense if you've seen The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya movie, or at least are somewhat aware of the plot. Funimation streams this series and has the home video rights.

Haruhi is had the tenacity to utilize its theme to dictate how the show aired. I place it as one of the best conceptualized anime ever.

Though I do not like it personally.

Thanks it looks like I was confused by the order being different as I was looking at season 1 and 2 and seeing what episodes where there, plus for some reason season 2 didn't show up under related, but the side series did so made it weird.

Crunchyroll also has it. Just so you know.
