I tried to buy a premium membership but after I enter my info and press enter I get "Unauthorized Request" error. Is this a site error?

That means that the site temporarily blocked your card for too many unsuccessful attempts to authorize your card for a subscription.

I keep getting that too and it wont let me add a new card in the settings also put two tickets in and each time it doesnt help with letting get my card stored onto my account or pay for my sub

I tried two cards a few months ago but I kept getting the unauthorized request. I recently deleted my card info and tried again but the same thing keeps happening. I tried skipping the free trial and still nothing. Someone please take my money so I can watch cartoons guilt free...

have you tried submitting a ticket, sometimes help staff don't stop by and it's better to resolve an issue by submitting a ticket and waiting. they will answer the tickets in order in which they are received so it could take a day or two, and since a holiday is coming up in the states it could take longer, but be patient and get to them. it took them but a day to resolve my issue, sometimes there are issues with the premium and/or guest pass area, but, if possible, they will try to help. be as in detailed as possible and be patient, best of luck and sorry you are having issues folks.
