No, please note the title of the topic:

So you can see why a series with several of the main characters still in high school wouldn't qualify.

Sakura Quest, Shirobako, Black Lagoon.

There are a few more where almost all of the main cast are adults bar one or two like Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Jormungand and I'm fairly sure MonMusu even though they've never revealed their ages.

No. If you are old enough to rebel and successively take over an entire empire, you are an adult regardless of status, my friend.

Not only that, but it is a show about two militaries (albeit utilizing mechas), so the show considers them to be of age despite the fact that their real age is never mentioned.
