I've had this problem for a while now. The Crunchyroll apps on Xbox, PS4, and even mobile will randomly not work. It never quits working in the middle of watching, only when I come back to it hours later randomly (doesn't happen all the time). The website is always fine. If I hop off my home network and use data on my phone, I can get the apps to work. Obviously seems like a network issue but I'm not sure how to even go about troubleshooting... I'm on Comcast and we all know that they're of no help. Any suggestions or has anyone dealt with this before??

Do you back out of your app all the way to the menu gracefully when you finish watching, before you switch and start doing something else? On the Fire TV stick, if I don't do that, it gives me a timeout message when I come back in later, and my queue disappears. Sometimes I have to clear app data and re-login in when that happens.

I usually just pause it and shut off the Xbox when I'm done but that seems unrelated. If you're clearing the appdata to fix the issue, then it wouldn't do the same thing across all platforms. Last night for example I was having this issue, so I plugged in my Verizon hotspot and I put my Xbox on that, worked right away. Its most likely an isp issue but I'm wondering if there is anything I can do to remedy it since Comcast is of no help.
