Does anyone know what to do when you paid for premium, it’s in your payment history, but on the Crunchyroll app, it says you need premium still? I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn’t work... any ideas?

Depending on the app, is there a settings section where you can log out? Also, on the web profile icon dropdown menu near search, there should be a settings section where you can deactivate devices. That may be necessary to reset the connection.

I'm shooting in the dark here, but can you try logging on from a different service, then relogging on your preferred device? Your account might need a 'poke' from a new log in from a different source.

If you were using a computer I'd recommend clearing your internet cache, temp files and cookies.
