I am trying to log into crunchyroll on my ROKU with my account that I created on xbox but no matter what I do my information is wrong. I even reset my password and it still says my log in information is wrong. If its not my gamertag and its not my e-mail address that I use for my Xbox live account how am I supposed to log in? You want me to pay for a second premium account or something? Im about to just cancel and start torrenting everything again. Please tell me how I can log into my xbox live crunchyroll somewhere besides xbox because your forums and FAQS do NOT help.

PLEASE CRUNCHYROLL I AM A PREMIUM MEMBER AND I LOGGED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON XBOX AND NOW IT WONT LET ME LOG BACK ON. WHAT COULD MY LOG IN INFORMATION POSSIBLY BE IF ITS NOT MY GAMERTAG OR EMAIL USED FOR MY GAMERTAG??????????

Please guys. When I created my account on xbox all it asked me for was payment information. I never had an option to set a username or email.

How? I dont know my account information. All i did was put my payment information in the crunchyroll app on xbox and it created an account for me. I want to know my account information. Me telling them the information for this account wont be helpful because I created THIS account to ask for help.

But you had to have entered a credit card or something... When you create the ticket with your current id, explain all that, and they will probably need you last 4 digits or something that you should not post here.

There should have been an email account associated with your xbox account, so include that as well. They should be able to find the "other" account from that.

I'm having the same problem, but crunchyroll support is ignoring my emails. I first contacted them over a month ago and they got back to me saying it was being escalated to a billing specialist. I waited for a couple of weeks but didn't hear anything from them, so I emailed them asking for an update, no reply. A week or so later I emailed again asking if they had any news, no reply.

Then just over a week ago, I started a new support request in case the previous email chain was no longer being looked at, 9 days later I've heard nothing from them. No login information is displayed anywhere on the Xbox One app and there's no option to cancel premium, so if I decide to cancel my only option at the moment is to cancel my credit card. I can only assume that crunchyroll know this, and are making a considerable amount of money off people in the same situation, so they just hope people don't want to deal with the hassle of cancelling their card, and stay stuck paying for premium.

When I log in to this site, it just asks for my email address and password.

Is the email address which is associated with your Microsoft Xbox account different than the email that you are using for this account you are posting here with?

I would have expected that you would be able to login here on the web with the email/password combo you had set for getting connected to Microsoft on your xbox, at the time you signed up here... the same that you have to put in the xbox if you were to log out of that? But I could be wrong...

Yes the email address associated with my Xbox account is the same as this account I am using to post here now, but they are two different accounts. I had been using the crunchyroll app on Xbox One to watch anime with ads for about a year, and then I signed up to premium and entered my card information a couple of months ago.

I don't recall if I created an account on the xbox app when I first used it a year ago, or if it just created one for me, but it hasn't asked me to enter any login information that I can remember. I signed into the website using the same email address from my xbox gamertag, but it is an old crunchyroll account with a different queue and no premium.

I just need to know what the username/email is for the crunchyroll account signed into the Xbox One app, and then I can probably remember/figure out the password. I understand that it is a complicated problem and acknowledged as much in my emails to crunchyroll, I'm just annoyed at the fact that they appear to me ignoring me.

I'll check out your ticket later. It might require a deeper look-up, if my colleagues forwarded the ticket to our Tier 2 team.
