Hi, I’m a premium member but I can’t get any dubbed videos to work on my xbox one or on my laptop. Dubbed videos work fine but that’s it. Everything works fine on my iPhone though.

Any ideas

Just to make sure, sometimes newer users don't realize that (when there are both) subs and dubs are treated like different "seasons" here. If that's the case, when you go to the show page on the web, it has the top "stripe" open, so you need to scroll down and click on the triangle to the right of the blue bar that you want:

I can only guess that somehow on the iPhone, the season it lands on happens to be a dub, but you need to somehow select the season differently on the Xbox.

Otherwise, maybe you are looking at different shows on each device, and you are expecting there to be more dubs here than there actually are? There aren't all that many dubs available here, mostly only subs... /forumtopic-788825/crs-english-dubbed-anime

But I apologize if I'm misunderstanding what you are asking...

Yeah think your misunderstanding. I’ve found the subbed and dubbed versions but whenever I try to play a dubbed episode it comes up with an error

In that case, even though these are not subtitled, is your default language to English US in each (appropriate) device settings section?

If I set mine to, for instance, English UK on my android, the dubs gives me an error there, too. But setting it back to US, it plays right away.

There may be a settings section on the xbox itself, or it may be possible that particular device may be controlled on the website here: /acct/?action=video.

But as to why they don't play in a browser on PC, I'm not sure... Those play for me there no matter what language setting I use. Although, if I change the language in the footer section of the web page to something else, like French, the episodes don't even appear for me, so I can't even select them to play. It doesn't sound like you are having that exact problem.

If it was a region restriction thing, then you wouldn't see individual episodes to select, either, so I'm out of guesses. You could try a support request here though: /contact
