I was reading Inuyashiki and noticed it had disappeared. I checked the list of manga on the web and there it is. I thought this was an instance of the iOS app ignoring the preferences set on the web control panel, but there's nothing to set on the iOS app.

Can someone please help?

Thanks in advance!

Just to be sure, have you set mature titles to be enabled in your video preferences at /acct/?action=video? I'm not sure if that same setting is used to control the manga app as well, but it might control what titles are visible if it's similar to how the video apps work.

There's a separate "mature for Manga" setting here: /acct/?action=manga

Indeed! I'd recommend setting both to true, because I'm not sure if it's an "and" gate on the filter... I honestly don't know how it works under the hood.

I'm very sorry for the late reply...

The manga and video preferences are both set to "show adult content". I can see Inuyashiki listed in the webpage just fine.

What other thing could I try? Set to "don't show adult content", apply, and then set "show adult content" again to see if the setting is reset for the iPad app? I could try that...

Nope. That didn't work... What else could I try? Use the contact form from inside the iPad app to send my case directly to Crunchyroll's support team?

This issue has come up in the past. It was explained at that time, the problem of missing mangas on the app is due to Apple restricting mangas that have adult content (I.e. content that woul rate a +18 rating in Japan).
