Hi, I have an Amazon Firestick device and recently had issues accessing my account, instead I been shown that it would offer me to sign up for a 14 day trial despite I just renewed my Crunchyroll Account services last year. Anyone experience similar issues?

Starting on the main device menu:

home button -> settings -> applications -> Manage Installed Applications -> (scroll down to) Crunchyroll -> Clear Data (the display changes after one press, press clear data again a second time)

Then

Home button -> start Crunchyroll app -> push up to the top row, then push right 5 times to get to settings in the app, then choose the "Account" box to go in and enter your email and password to log in again.

after that, make sure to only use the back arrow button and finally center button (answer Yes) to exit the app. Do not use the home button to exit (unless you go right back in within a few minutes), and exit that way every time you are going to stop watching for even a short time. It seems to make a saved connection that expires or times out if you don't back out correctly, and then it forgets your account once it times out.

Occasionally you can get it back with a power reset, but that doesn't always work.
