I had to update my payment information to continue and when I log in and go to settings, it still asks to have a free trial for seven days. How do I get my account set up as premium even though I already paid?

OK, I've paid and I still haven't been able to access my subscription for over a month now. And my card was not charged for the new month. Please contact me via email to sort this out.

It's not fair that I paid for a whole month and wasn't able to access it.
