redokami...california has legalized transferment of STDS knowingly withiout letting the other person know

It has not been legalized. Because it was listed as a felony, people were not getting tested, hence that big HIV outbreak in 2014. Now it's a misdemeanor and people are getting tested and treated.

On that note, the studio should have respected her wishes to not do a scene with a gay man, bisexual or not. What people seem to forget is that if you want respect, you need to show respect. Sad part is, women are still at the low end of the totem pole in most societies. The porn business is in it for the money.

You'll have to provide the data for that one.

The porn business is sexist, exploitative and opportunistic by nature, but so is the media's politicizing it and sensationalizing it. Millions commit suicide every day, no more or less important. It is sexist as well as using her tragedy to make money.

She shouldn't be tarnished for choosing who to sleep with, and it shouldn't be twisted to suit any political agenda. To call it discrimination is also sexist. A woman or a man should have a right to choose her or his sexual partners... if not it's exploiting something tragic..

I generally despise pornstars due to the way I think about various things, but I feel generally bad for this lady, she just stated a fact but some SJW's has to label her as homophobic, it is very saddening and frightening that someone took their own life because of them, my prayers go out to their family and friends.

My question is, why does it matter who she has sex with anyway? I don't know of both sides, but if we assume that you are right about what you said, then she had a good reason to deny him. But even if she didn't, it was her choice. Besides, why does it matter if she is a homophobe? Is that illegal now or something? Sounds like a classic case of thought policing to me.
