1) have you ever stayed up more than 2 days in a row? if so, did you feel sick or weird?
No...I was quite close...I stayed up for 36 hours...My brain feels exhausted if I dodn't sleep

2) would life be better without sleep?
Hell NO!!!!!!!!!!! SLEEPING is something that everybody does best

3) do you like sleeping?
Yes

4) if you didnt have to sleep, what would you do with those hours?
Internet.....and if that really did happen...no child living with their parents would dare watch porn

5) i notice that many of people(who arent insomniacs, people who prefer day over night, or have night jobs) who stay up frequently are procrastinators ........, so does the lack of sleep cause a habit of postponing things?
People who stay up really late...are blur...they have huge eye sags...I don't know whether a habit of posponing things would occur though.

6) if you could reset your biological clock, what would be the ideal times for sleep?
2am -10pm

7) what do you think dreams are?
Dreams to me, are the products of the unconscious part of the brain which still is in function thus producing thoughts or images of the imaginative mind

1) have you ever stayed up more than 2 days in a row? if so, did you feel sick or weird?
Yes, I didn't feel weird. But my eyes started to feel itchy.

2) would life be better without sleep?
No. I never want to sleep, because there are so many other things I want to do. But in the morning, when my alarm clock goes off, I always realize that I love sleeping and that I wouldn't want to do without.

3) do you like sleeping?
I absolutely love it.

4) if you didnt have to sleep, what would you do with those hours?
Probably play games, watch drama or anime. I don't sleep much. I never can get to sleep at night. My parents won't allow me to stay up late, but I always watch tv untill I get tired. Sometimes untill 2 AM.

5) i notice that many of people(who arent insomniacs, people who prefer day over night, or have night jobs) who stay up frequently are procrastinators ........, so does the lack of sleep cause a habit of postponing things?
Really? Is that true? Well, I'm the worst procastinator ever. I never turn things in on time. I just can't start early, I simply can't. I can write awesome essays, but only if they have to be turned in the tomorrow. Pulling an all-nighter is what I do most of the time. It drives my parents insane.
It's interesting. I didn't know these things might be connected. I have no idea if they are, though. Might be.

6) if you could reset your biological clock, what would be the ideal times for sleep?
10 PM - 6 AM.

7) what do you think dreams are?
Thoughts you haven't dealt with properly. Just things that happened recently, or things you've been thinking about. It's a way for the brain to get rid of those thoughts. Or something like that.

1) No, it's impossible for me. I'm like 'I'll just rest my eyes for a second, and the next thing I know I wake up..from sleep.

2) Dear god no! Sleep is one of the best things ever.

3) Lol, looking at the above it's quite obvious I like sleep very much.

4) If I didn't sleep I would have to study, exams are soon. :(

5) I think a lack of sleep and too much sleep can make people postpone things.

6) 4pm-6pm. When I get back from school I'm tired. If I only had to sleep for two hours I would be refreshed, be awake for dinner and have alot of time to study or enjoy the nightlife.

7) Dreams can be good or bad, possibly a sign or a message. However, most of my dreams are jsut ridiculous and I wake up thinking 'what the hell was all that about?'

1) have you ever stayed up more than 2 days in a row? if so, did you feel sick or weird?
- i guess not. but staying up for 24 hours makes me sensitive to loud sounds (i get easily irritated and my head aches when i hear car horns) and it makes my head feel light.

2) would life be better without sleep?
- when i'm asleep, that's when my body recovers and gets energized. if their's another way of achieving that, that's the only time life would be better without sleep.

3) do you like sleeping?
- i do. if only i had the time to sleep. lol. but i'm willing to trade sleep for the things i like doing.

4) if you didnt have to sleep, what would you do with those hours?
- it depends. i stay online for hours, or i go out.

5) i notice that many of people(who arent insomniacs, people who prefer day over night, or have night jobs) who stay up frequently are procrastinators ........, so does the lack of sleep cause a habit of postponing things?
- nope. i don't think so. the reason why i lack sleep is because i want to do everything right away. lol. even if i have to stay up all night.

6) if you could reset your biological clock, what would be the ideal times for sleep?
- my body clock resets every 2 weeks. that's because i'm on a shifting schedule at work. the first two weeks, i'm a day person. and the following 2 weeks, i work all night and am asleep all day long. i prefer the latter. i'm nocturnal. lol. i sleep at 8 in the morning and wake up at 4 in the afternoon.

7) what do you think dreams are?
- random thoughts while asleep. i don't know either.

1: No but almost, I stayed up for 24 hours but thats as far as I went, as for how it made me feel, I felt very sleepy in the afternoon

2: no

3: of course

4: watching anime, playing video games, having fun.

5: I believe so.

6: around 4:00am to 1:pm

7: dreams are something having to do with your memory and thoughts before you sleep, sometimes I don't have any but most times I try to control them so I have a good dream every time.

Umm your questions were too long and I didn't read them, so heres my answers:
Man, I once stayed up four days without sleep, and on the fifth day I found that hilarious, and woke up about 7 hours later with a headache and feeling more tired than I ever had in my life. And as much as I like sleeping, I could think of so many better uses of that time, I mean seriously, would you rather be hanging out with friends and stuff or laying in bed, basically in a coma? Comas suck. And I can reset my biological clock, it takes about one day of totally fucked up sleep patterns to change it, and a few days of tiredness, depending on how far I moved it. Biggest change I've made to my sleeping pattern in one day was it started with me being awake 5am to about 10pm, and I had to work a few nights later so I fixed it so I could go to bed at 5am and get up at 12. I win

1) have you ever stayed up more than 2 days in a row? if so, did you feel sick or weird?
Yes. I didn't feel sick or anything, but I'd do weird things without realising. Like I'd be sitting there bored, grating a candle. And my mum would come in and shout at me for making a mess. And I'd laugh at things that I normally wouldn't find funny. Not sleeping for days is fun. :3
2) would life be better without sleep?
Yes and no. You'd have more time to have fun. But if you were having a bad day or something, it'd last longer.
3) do you like sleeping?
It's alright.
4) if you didnt have to sleep, what would you do with those hours?
Something fun or productive.
5) i notice that many of people(who arent insomniacs, people who prefer day over night, or have night jobs) who stay up frequently are procrastinators ........, so does the lack of sleep cause a habit of postponing things?
I'll come back to this question later..... That was a joke. It probably does. I'm a chronic procrastinator.
6) if you could reset your biological clock, what would be the ideal times for sleep?
1:00am - 7:00am. You can never have enough time.
7) what do you think dreams are?
Your brain working over night? I always forget my dreams. :'( Even the ones I want to remember. I'm going to get a dream diary so I can write them down before I forget.
