Why do I pay a monthly fee if I can’t even use the product! Errors all around on my Xbox one, iPad, iPhone. No help from support either! There should at least be a chat option because waiting up to 2 business days for a reply to an email is ridiculous when I’m trying to watch a show now! I’m canceling my subscription! I paid for Crunchyroll out of convenience and not having to find these shows to watch online, but this really isn’t worth the hassle or my money anymore.
