I have seen a few threads on here about the same issue, and it seems the fastest way to escalate this is to make a post.

I tried to watch some anime, and it had me logged out, (my devices are all constantly connected, so it was strange to begin with) I tried logging back in, and it kept telling me "incorrect password" I went through the password retrieval process, and it said to check email. After waiting awhile with no new email, I browse through my email to find a "Your email has been changed." I have sent a ticket in already, and changed my PayPal info, which I used for membership, and have changed all my passwords after doing virus scans. The account name for my other account is Racko_Wacko and I hope to get this resolved soon so I can relax and maybe watch a couple episodes...

I had sent a ticket well over an hour before I made that post, and got a response within half an hour. Got everything straightened out, but I don't see why there isn't some form of system to prevent this. Email changes usually require confirmation of change from old email, or to answer security questions.

As much work as it still needs, at least it is better than it once was. Once upon a time (as recently as earlier this year, as I recall), they didn't even send an e-mail to the old e-mail address alerting you to the change.
