Please help me, I am a premium member. I tried logging in today and I could not. Btw had to create this account just now to post this :/. I clicked forgot my password and then checked my email and received nothing. I was curious and did a search for crunchy roll on my email and found that two days ago my email was changed to another email!! What is going on?! Somebody hacked my account. It didn’t even send an email to my email confirming if I wanted the email changed. I just have an email saying it has been changed to “[email protected]”. I make payments every month please help me get my account back, it is Christmas and I am here with my family and we just want to sit back relax and watch some anime. I put in a ticket but have received no response. Thank you so so so much for any help <3

While it still needs a way to revert/reject such a change, at least it informs people now. If this had happened a year ago, you wouldn't even have received that e-mail stating your e-mail address was changed.

same thing happened to me just now and i dont trust crunchyroll anymore because of that i think i am going to delete my account because of this.

Me too! I emailed Support and they just sent me a link to the FAQs. I'm like seriously? I've had my premium account for idk how many years and then this happens and they seem to not care very much.

That's just the auto-response (ACK) email. You should get a real person that will follow up soon.
