I had to go upstairs to get away from the TV. It is too strong of an advertisement, it drips with that saccharine corporate charm. I think I'd be better off not feeling like a piece of meat thrown to the lions.

Treat it like any other day because I don't celebrate New Years.

Staaaahp, this hasn't happened in forever, just think of a possibility that hasn't ever.

Not knowing what to do, just what you are prepared for. It's heartwarming, to get away from all of the bullshit.

Living off of candle light has more meaning than you will ever know.

And in time so too would the candle light fade.

What of New Years then? Would you seek to rekindle the flame or let the world slip into darkness?

Obviously, I will care that the power went out. When I typed my earlier comment I misunderstood your comment by mistake.

So, if the power went out where I live then I just have to wait. Otherwise, I won't care all that much if it were someplace else.

Sorry for troubling you with my comment. Didn't know it would bother you a little?
