The "ask people on the street simple questions to get stupid answers" routine is older than most of the posters here. Note there's never a corrosponding series of videos showing all the people who weren't stupid.

Stupid people have always been with us its just it use to be they'd get eaten by wolves and no one was around to film it.

Kinda wished he would put how many people he asked in his videos so we would know how many people agreed with those points of view versus those that don't. That being said, I am not all that surprised. There are a lot of ignorant people who know little about history, government, and geography. Who failed them: Their families? The school system? Themselves? Who knows, but it sure makes one pessimistic.

So......you are saying we need to introduce more wolves into big cities so they can eat the stupid people..... right?

We need to introduce more wolves into the rural areas first.

IMO, "social experiment" is just a euphemism for "manipulative assholery" most of the time.

This is not to say that some people, including myself, aren't stupid or careless sometimes or about some things and that this isn't a cause for concern in some real situations, but keep in mind that in addition to these videos being edited to show the very "worst/funniest" responses, the kind of situation they are presented in provides a bias as well. The experimenter catches people off-guard with very little context for what they are asking, distracting subjects from whatever mode they were in as they went about their day, and sometimes incorporates language that subtly misleads. There may also be instances where people are confused and may assume that what is being asked is not what is literally being asked (that is, they might think the experimenter is the one being stupid).

Also, in most cases our being naturally social creatures leads many people to be more interested in getting along with others, and trusting them in some basic way. This has risks, but also has benefits. One of the risks is being manipulated and mocked by jerks who think they are doing the world a favor... or being funny ... or who just like the attention.

Would anyone watch that video? I'd rather just have statistics for the normal responses.

Agreed. Some statistics in the description would be nice.

Please don't. One of the states around me tried such a thing with genetically engineered wolves to cut down on the deer populations. The wolves didn't eat the deer but instead went after dogs and cats. Now they still have a deer problem but also have a wolf problem now.

Now now, there's plenty of wolves to go around. Though I think we should start with having them introduced to malls and vape shops.

Given the sort of crap that ends up trending on Youtube people would not only watch them but they'd end up as a game show on Spike TV.

Thing is you won't get any statistics as most experimenters intentionally leave them out to make the whole social experiment work in their favor.

In a way you're also a victim to Mark Dice's social experiment as he managed to make you react in a certain manner, and even post his videos without questioning his own motives, and intentions behind theses vids.

I'm not a victim I am now an avid watcher of his stuff. He's not marketing his social experiments as scientific studies he is doing it as entertainment and he is showing the best results. Some of his really short videos you can tell didn't go so well and his longer videos you can tell went better for him.

I tried to pick his videos that went Better for him. Some of his experiments even I can see the issue with them, the gold coin ones that I didn't post for example. However he is showing just how dumb some people can be. Dumber than even I can imagine.

The word you're looking for is "comedy". These aren't social experiments. The man on the street bit has been done for decades on TV. The twist here is he thinks he's fighting the New World Order with these.

As for being an avid watcher, really? I mean, the dude is out of his mind and not in a funny way. In a scary, dangerous way. I get that he has the word "libtard" in every third video so its right up partisan troll alley. But the guy thinks "SJW"'s are being sent by Satan to make you gay and destroy Christianity so the Illuminati can purge humanity down to 500 million. And that is in no way either me or him trying to make a joke.

Nor is it any sort of secret. He links all this shit in the description of every video. Just because someone fawns over Trump and engages in Stigginit' To Libtards(tm) doesn't mean you have to go along with it no matter who or what they are.

No,you're still a victim in many ways as you haven't even realized the whole intention behind his channel, and vids beyond the entertainment part.

I've not watched any illuminati videos from him nor do I really care to. If you want to go for it.

Ah the good ol fashioned "if your not a victim THEN ILL MAKE YOU A VICTIM" routine. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Lxo1qlk6gEI

KOTOWARU! *JoJo pose*

Have you ever thought that I like some of his experiments?

You're the one watching him dude don't project this on me. If this is the sort of media you want to consume and the sort of person you want to consume it from that's your right. But it's going to reflect poorly on you. Given how much criticism you take on the forums for your choices in media and information this sort of shit isn't going to help.

I mean you just made the argument that sure, the guy is a paranoid lunatic that thinks gay people need to be purged from the Earth but hey some of his other videos make me laugh so its fine. Is that seriously the sort of statement you want to make?
