From what i’ve seen, the timeline is pretty big and confusing. Is there any specific order or you can just watch all the series starting from the oldest to the newst (which i don’t even know what is it)

Turn A Gundam, G Gundam (my first Gundam anime since 2002), Wing, SEED, After War Gundam X, Gundam 00 and even Iron Blooded Orphans are all standalone and independent from the old UC stuff, not to mention, they have very different stories from each other.

The UC Gundam stuff are the original 1979 series, Zeta, ZZ, Char's Counterattack, F91 (takes place in the future), Unicorn (also takes place in the future, where Mineva is a young adult) as well as The 08th MS Team. Only the UC Gundam series have references to the One Year War or Char.

On the other hand, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Origin is a reboot of the original Gundam show and is independent from the old UC Gundam stuff.

P.S I know anime from experience and btw, you only need to watch the old UC Gundam anime in chronological order.

Oh noes, you opened another can of worms.

There's the Universal Century (UC) timeline, and then there's everything else. The main UC stuff has an order, but the order you watch the UC side stories isn't so important. The side stories take place in the same universe but with unrelated locations and characters. All of the other Gundam series that aren't in the UC timeline are alternate universe settings, each is separate and can be watched in any order (Iron-Blooded Orphans is good and is here on CR).

A few years ago I saved and lightly edited this guide from some web page or forum that seems to have disappeared (no spoilers, it's just a really long chunk of text):

I could just watch every series, movies, OVA’s and such. To it’s release, like oldest to newest. Also just for fun, what’s the most recent gundam series ? Do they make like a new series every year or it’s pretty random.

One Piece has a massive crazy world if that's what you mean. It's only one show but it might have the most world building of any anime. Hunter x Hunter (2011) to a lesser extent too.

Welp, One piece i’m at it’s current episode, hunter x hunter i stopped reading the manga, it takes years for new volume and i would end up forgetting the whole thing. What i meant for big universe, is like an anime with dozens and dozens of movies ovas and shows that you don’t even know where to start and that there’s whole timeline, kinda like the confusing as fuck zelda timeline.

I haven't watched all series so I'm not an expert but....

Mobile suit gundam has its own universe with multiple things happening at once and the largest story line despite the original being cut short.

Gundam seed has its own universe plus a few other universes exist for other gundams.

Some of them converge on the Correct Century despite being different universes.

Just to simplify everything, i’ll just watch everything from oldest to newest, movies OVA’s and random spinoff included.

Because if i won’t, i’ll just get more confused than ever.

Oh god kill me. Gundam first season animation is UGHHH. And the compilation movies are way too long i’ll fell asleep in a second ! I’d just skip it, too old for me.

It's episodic so if the early art/animation is too much for you skip it and start at the movie Castle of Cagliostro. Also I posted an explanation of the Fate series/ spin offs in the other thread.
