This show is pretty bad. The only thing I enjoyed was the nuke skit, the Chrono Trigger reference, and the waking-up from coma skit.

We're so desperate for something different from the 'same old done every season clone' anime shows that this will be amazing no matter how shit-tier this ends up being.

Clone-shows I seen this season:
- Record of Grancrest War
- Sanrio Boys

I am so tired of the same old reharshed crap that is coming out. There are endless mangas out there, and limited studios. How come they keep animating the same old shit?

I actually enjoyed Laid Back Camp and A Place Further Than the Universe. I was ultra disappointed by the first episode of Junji Ito, as the MC was extremely cringe-worthy and made the whole episode just painful to watch. Katana Maidens feels like another rehash, will catch it tomorrow and make that judgement after seeing the first episode. I'll catch Citrus later on, I have a feeling this will be one of those guilty-pleasure shows that is enjoyable because it is pretty taboo.

Never thought I'd see a fidget spinner in an anime.

I watched it with my surround sound nearly maxed out with the rumble of a powered 10 inch subwoofer shaking the whole house.

The first half, the voices sound voiced over by old men, the second half sound voiced over by women. The second half has the French subtitled.

Well if there was a single anime that would have had one, it had to be PopTeamEpic.

This is the most elaborate and high budget shit post in the history of humanity.

Can't wait for next week

Those "old men" are Guy-sensei's and Jiraiya's VAs

That was meta af.

Search #ポプテピピック on twitter, a bunch of people are posting the various reference it was parodying from.

Why it was repeated again: The first time it had someone else doing the voice for the MC, and the 2 [email protected] Ps singing the ending. Too lazy to explain the voice thing, basically this.

Have to say that the actors doing Tall Skull really pulled their weight. This isn't nearly so random as, say, Vermillion Pleasure Night, though.
