My sub renewed last month on the 28th yet I still have gotten my guest pass and it's stuck at saying I will get mine TODAY for about a week now which is just pathetic, no word from the staff on this issue that shouldn't happening either.

Staff doesn't regularly read or reply to posts on the forums.

If you want to reach customer support you need to use the /contact form.

That said, it's my understanding that they don't really provide support related to guest passes, and there's not much they can do to remedy a problem like this. Getting guest passes does lag or just not work for some people sometimes. Guest passes are a complimentary perk, and not a guaranteed part of premium membership. (There's even a note to this effect from one of the customer support staff in the opening post of The Official Guest Pass Thread.)
