Easily my favorite of the season thus far. I was planning on reading the manga before this but I never got to it so I think I'll just stick with the anime. Can't wait for more.

I too found that I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would. It managed to be despite a rather generic premise a heartwarming episode with some depth. I will definitely be looking forward to next episode.

I think they absolutely nailed the first episode. It looks beautiful, the voice actors are great and not to mention the overall theme is adorable <3 Not gonna lie, got a little choked up during the first episode (I think you know why) but what a way to introduce a series, I only hope it can maintain the bar it has set for itself!

Ep 1

Glad to see I'm not the only one that came in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised by how genuine and heartwarming it started out. The kids are all likable and I'm expecting plenty of character growth from Ryuuichi as he comes to terms with his tragic past and new living situation. I hope the moms keep showing up, they all seem fun. Good stuff.

Episode 2

Ryuichi is already running into trouble as the toddlers are attached to him, and when he needs to go to class, they just won't let him go. Inomata is creating quite a big fuss about it. But she's getting attached to those kids herself. And then the kids go to the zoo where all the kids have a great time. Just when it looked like everything was all and well, Taka goes wandering off following some stranger and getting lost. Everybody sure is starting to get along, and it's great when that happens.

Dang, that Inomata girl can be a bit scary to the kids. I like how this episode consistently adapted her personality like from the manga. I also feel bad for her since she has the feeling that "studying is all she has".

Taka is one of the kids that's harder to get along with. But damn, he can really get noisy at times.

Nice episode. I really liked the balance of the light comedy but also the bit of emotions fleshed out.

This show is life, it perfects cuteness. I am not ashamed to say it, its my top SoL cute show by far. Its the perfect show to cap off the night with after watching every other show.

This is life in pureness. HNNNNNG So adorable in every way, little baby tanauki looking cutness.

Ino will be a great addition to this, can't hold your front around those babies :')....as for the brotherly love both from the Main and Taka Bros, double HNNG

I'm not sure my blood sugar can handle this level of saccharine. But damned if I don't enjoy every minute of it.

I read the manga and I was so excited to see it was airing on Crunchyroll (found it last night!).

It's definitely a roller-coaster of emotion from the start with a very simple plot, which is easy to follow thank goodness. I've been on the verge of watching fast paced anime with lots of action that School Babysitters is just what I need to settle down and relax. I love children so it was one of those manga/anime that really tugged at my heart strings from the beginning.

Hayato and Taka are probably my favorite pair in this particular series, and then yoshihito holding baby Midori is just so sweet! Love, Love, Love this anime!
