This show seemed strange but fairly straightforward at the beginning but has just gotten weirder each week. I really have no idea where they're going with all of it but I'm definitely intrigued.

Whaaaa thought you couldn't kill someone what's with that ending I'm going to guess it's a fake out and the guy stabbed himself.

It's only people in stasis that can't be killed without the Handlers interfering.

Ahhh yeah I knew that but didn't know it just keep assuming it was the "intent" to kill that attracted them but then yeah how would they have almost choked Juri to death.

the look on her face when he asked such a question, fitting what happened to him. this one has too much broad ideas, but, there again, you are now lawless and can do whatever you want to whomever you want, well until those pesky handlers come around of course. those annoying cliffhangers, but it wouldn't be cartoons without them. I hope everything is alright for the otaku brother and the kid, poor things, goes to show you, even if you have the larger rock, doesn't mean the laws of the stone is in your favor. adored the plushie though.

Wow, how did Majima have the will to live after an event like that? Well, she had an interesting family reunion at least.

As mentioned before, there can't be that many Heralds, as how often do people get stuck in stasis? It is coincidental that Majima's late family show up again at this moment, but if the supply of heralds depends on prey caught in the stasis web, it might not be so unreasonable.

Deepest part of Stasis eh?

Yeah, for the past two episodes there have been some really socially awkward moments. All of the bad guys seem to be pervs of some sort. First the strange moment regarding Juri's breast size, then this. I'm not even sure why Juri would have cared what people thought about her breast size when it came to that specific situation. Oddly enough, Majima's response seemed far more natural and in tune with her character than Juri's did in the previous episode.

Otherwise, I think this is the best show of the season, at least in terms with what I am keeping up with at the moment.

So, Herald's are basically people who lost the will to go back to their own time and were absorbed/transformed by the "spirits." Interesting.

Also when will these guys learn to stop pushing the heralds' buttons. How about don't think about killing. There are plenty more dastardly things you can do without murder.

The bad guys keep getting eliminated one by one while their leader keeps trying to find a way to bypass the Heralds.
It will be interesting to watch where this is going.

Majima's expression was pricesless.

It's an interesting show and I'm sticking with it, but that underwear model fashion shoot of a closing credits sequence is really out of sorts with the actual program. It doesn't match up with Juri's character or the sensibility of the show.

Episode 6

Tsubasa managed to take that thug out as he was KO'd when he pissed his pants, but he was about to become a Handler, that is until Juri's power turned him into one the stalled to save him. Juri and Majima finally meet with Makoto having been captured, and Juri agrees to help Majima get her family back. So the plan is for Majima to get murderous to make the Handlers appear so that Juri can do her thing, except that her will to kill is too weak. But the Handler does appear as Takafumi caused it to appear, and after a long struggle, Juri stops it. Majima's family is inside it as it stopped just before it attacked her. Shoko sure has been through hell, and while her situation is understandable, she should have come up with a better approach to get Juri's attention. At least she saw her family one last time, though it looks like her brother can still be saved. That was pretty emotional stuff there at the end, and now that's over, it looks like Sagawa has some evil scheme cooked up.

So with that, it's onto the second half where the first half was all about Majima trying to see her family again, and now Sagawa is poised to make his move as he was the one who told Majima to act hostile towards Juri when there were much better ways to get her attention as all she had to do was explain her situation. And then at the beginning, it's not clear what it was that got stabbed because if the knife did go through, there should be a blood stain somewhere on Tsubasa's clothes even if the wound wasn't that deep, but there isn't. Anyway, the second half figures to have a much different dynamic there, and Juri changing her clothes is a strong indication of that.

That was a pretty sad full circle for Majima - hope she gets some closure from this. On the bright side, her little brother seems have not had his energy spent up yet, so he can be returned to their world.

I hope Majima joins their team, as it looks like the baddies are going to up the ante.

Damn this is getting so lit now. I loved the opening segment and seeing dude just get owned. Then figuring out you can "save" people from being heralds potentially. This show is getting more lit with eac episode.

I may be in love with Juri... and also this endcard is fiiah

When I've barely finished episode 1, I honestly was unsure what to think of this series.

But from the 2nd 'til the very recent episode, this never fails to amaze me. It unravels its mystery in just the right degree and I'm lovin' every bit.

So now that all the family matters have been resolved that it's time to leave the Stasis, while Majima and Sako end their relationship with the cult. In the meantime, Sagawa reveals his intentions as he wants the power to live forever. So now that Juri has teamed up with Majima and Sako that she is going to expel the Specters of the remaining cult members, and then smash the stone to put an end to the Stasis power.
