I was clicking on cancel membership then it loaded and it is still there. And it still displays recurring but a bar appears that I need to have a recurring membership to view it. How can I cancel it before 24 hours is over? I didn't cancel it on time because I was in class and I just saw my bank account with a little money left and without even notice that my subscription was over. Help please I need to get a refund too.

Do not post these details in the forum. Use the /contact form (which is likely also linked to in the help article link that was provide). That form info is transmitted via email so you still want to be cautious about providing full details (e.g. that's why the instructions say they want last 4 digits of credit card number rather than asking for the whole number), but you will need to provide enough info for support to identify and resolve the issue.

Thank you. If I put all details correctly is it guaranteed that I get a refund? Also I can't seem to cancel my subscription. It just reloads when I click cancel and it is still there. Sorry for this. This is an acciden.
