if "witch hunt" implies the breaking of new laws and people getting in trouble for said laws, then yes, I guess we witch hunt a lot of people in this world and why should the Clintons be spared? when it comes to the law, if it's broken, it should be brought to the attention of others, and court trials and all that. that's how the law works, granted the Clintons have done a lot and continue to do a lot, but I guess the "spell" has worn off. since the daughter is in the mix, she might want to be careful. in the long run, got any skeletons in the closet, stay far, far away from politics and, these days, celebrities.

in my opinion, if the kids of leaders have done nothing leave them out of it, but when things begin to happen. as of now we are going to assume the daughter was "innocent" of this, but as for the parents, I will not put anything past a Clinton anymore. some speculate that Bill took the money, and then turned around and paid it out of pocket, thus, Haiti didn't directly pay for it, but off paw they did.

Pro-tip; don't let "Slick Willie," of all people, be the one to proclaim innocence.

There is a legal basis our system centers itself around. It's worded around presumed innocence? I'm not saying the Clinton's are saints but our court doesn't treat claims as damning evidence and it's a pretty big deal.

You mean like Joe Arpaio? >_>.

Speculation sounds like some really convincing evidence. We should totally just start making lose connections with a wedding in order to try and find the guilt that we all know deep down the Clintons have in everything they do.

Aka, a Witch Hunt.

The Clintons have been on the end of one politically driven investigation or another for decades. There was never a spell to begin with and no amount of investigations has ever turned up anything significant.

But hey, its not like we don't have 40 years of Clinton's tax returns and can see the Clinton's could quite easily pay for their daughter's wedding without having to do something as hilariously stupid as embezzle from Haiti to pay for it. But yeah, totally, I mean it would only cost them 3-4 months of their 2010 income to pay for her wedding. Why save up for a few months for your only child's wedding when you can inexplicably embezzle the money from the most stupidly obvious place you can think of? >.>

The Clinton's can't simultaneously be the greatest criminal masterminds in American history capable of evading charges on everything from murder to embezzlement against decades of investigations and be the stupidest career criminals in American history at the same time.

Make up your mind.

That just smells Republican PR stunt there as they did everything to make Hillary Clinton look extremely bad and sway voters to Donald Trump just because he's not Hillary Clinton. First of all, even if quite a lot of the organization's funds were used for non-Haitian stuff, there's no proof that they went towards the wedding, or anything else that's as personal as that. But of course, what the Republicans say are far more convincing than the Democrats, and that's quite a big problem seeing that they can say whatever they want, and that would justify the doubts that people have about others. But nevertheless, while there's reason to believe that, there's just no proof to it.

I don't think they are that poor to use foundation funds for the wedding

Even if this were true, at least the money was spent in the Rhinebeck area, and in 2010 it was considered a 'mini trickle-down stimulus.'
The fact that the Clintons have gotten filthy, stinking rich off their careers in public service is, by a wide margin, more of an outrage than any Chelsea wedding conspiracy.

You people have a creepy obsession with defaming someone whose political career is mostly ruined enough.
How far and how long does it have to drag out like a dead horse’s entrails before someone finally puts their foot down and says “she’s finished, shut the fuck up”?

you read the post in the dailDonald thread ? or watching news channels such as MSNBC, CNN, etc..?

creepy obsession is on full display on a daily basis for the last 2+ years.

The crooked hag is not finished by a long shot... you will continue to hear about the Clintons. I bet you Hillary will want to run for president again.. either that or pushing her daughter to run

like the Bush family.. people are done with these families.. so just fade to the background and let someone else take the stage... but no.. they will linger on.....

We continue to hear about them because the people who hate them won't shut up about them. The Clinton's have been a steadfast and reliable boogeyman for the Republicans for decades. And even now, when they *would* fade off the radar if left by themselves, the Republicans are still on about them. Even now when they control every branch of government including the White House while Clinton is reigning over the what, the occasional book signing at Chapters? They still can't shut the fuck up about them.

The vast bulk of their income comes from book royalties and speaking fees. It's supply and demand. Long as people insist on pointing at the Clintons and drawing yet more attention to them. They're going to make more money. Long as the Republicans continue to use the Clinton's as a distraction strategy. They're going to make more money.
