Spice and wolf. I tried to watch it in sub, and not to say that the voice actors aren't good, you just can't beat the English dub of spice and wolf, you can't, you just can't!
melancholy of haruhi suzumiya, but I could be wrong, it's been a while.
FMA
You know What, I'll throw Bleach in, there was some really great voice acting
I mean honestly, you will never have better English dubs than those. I mean if we are talking about good English dubs, I'll throw Fate Zero in as well, but it doesn't come close to beating the sub.
Don't worry I'm sure I'm missing a lot more, but I haven't watched them, so yeah. I am limited I guess

Dragon ball Z is one I prefer dubbed.
Code Geass and Darker than Black are two others where I find I'm about equally as comfortable with the dub and sub. Most I tend to watch subbed though.

I only find Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood and Death Note to have better dubbed than subbed. Apart from that not really :/

Yu-Gi-Oh! with Mai Valentine. This is the only one I'd willingly listen to over and over again.

I first watched Claymore dubbed and fell in love with Stephanie Young's portrayal of Clare. I've watched the subbed version and it's good but I find the dub cast did as well if not better in many cases. Also, the deeper voices of the VAs do a better job in my American head of giving the women a more commanding presence than the higher pitched seiyuu. Monica Riel doing her "big girl" voice pretty much cinched it for me.

Funimation's ongoing dub of Yamato 2199. As well as Overlord, which is due largely to the speaking (as opposed to internal) voice of Ainz/Momonga. Really though, all the voices are well done (Demiurge, Albedo, etc.)
Older series where I prefer the dub include Cowboy Bebop & Steel Angel Kurumi.

I prefer dubs for my childhood anime, lol. I watched Dragon ball along with Z and GT, Saint Seiya, Ranma 1/2, Digimon and Cardcaptor Sakrua in the Latin Spanish dub version when I was small. Sakura is a very favorite of mine even after all these years. For these series I can't even last more than a four minutes watching in sub because the voices are just nope. Even if the people that originally worked on the anime decided they suited the characters and what not, in my bias opinion they are just utterly atrocious. This goes specifically for Sakrua and Goku....
Now that Sakura got a new adaptation, I am afraid to watch it because I feel I am gonna have to watch it on mute and imagine the voices in my head....
Inuyasha & Yu-gi-oh! have to be in Spanish too. They weren't really a childhood ones, but still. Also, for Ouran Host Club I can watch it in either and like it in both, because when I first watched that series I watched the episodes mixed, some in dub and some in sub. Other than that, I tend to stick to sub since they are released first.

Cowboy Bebop. FMA Alchemist/Brotherhood-- like the dub and sub about equally. Death Note has a good dub, I'd have to hear the sub again to compare, they're both good though. I like the dub for Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and Space Dandy's dub is great, though I haven't actually watched either of those with subs (or maybe 1 or 2 episodes of GitS?)
I mostly watch things subbed these days since that's mostly what this site has. Would probably tend to watch subs regardless but dubs are fine too.

I personally don't care for dubbed. I have tried many times, however I just find the english voice actors... well terrible at voice acting. Also in DUBBing alot of the nuances of Japanese words get lost. To say nothing of some horrible word choices.
