Can someone tell me HOW long the billing validation takes it has been over 20 minutes

It can take as long as 48 hours... Also, as soon as you quit the trial, the Premium features cease immediately and you won't get the balance of the trial period. You are in effect saying "I tried it and I didn't like it."

After you are able to successfully cancel, no it won't. Just in case though, if you used PayPal, you'll need to additionally stop the pre-approved payment schedule on their site, as those are "pushes", not pulls.

I got premium and it still says " we are preparing your shows try again later" why is it not letting me watch the older series.

What country are you in, and what device are you using to watch, and what show are you trying to watch?

The word you are looking for is overdrawn.
(Going bankrupt is a completely different thing. Eg You have a help of debt normally $10,000s to $100,000s or higher and no way of paying for it. It costs $100s to claim bankruptcy doing it over $7 etc. Well you would be quite stupid to do it.)
No bank will give you any sort of loan or credit card for nearly a decade. Also like other restrictions like not being able to leave the country.

Just in case you wonder what could potentially happen. This is a blanket statement not just over a crunchyroll membership.

* If your Paypal account has linked bank accounts or Credit/debit cards which also have a balance of $0 or less then the charge then you will get a overdrawn bank fee applied directly to the bank account. These range from $5 to like $50 depending on bank and country.

* If it's just linked to a pre paid debit card I think they just void the card number in their system.

* Paypal will lock/freeze your paypal account until the negative balance is paid. Also Paypal will lock any new accounts for people at that address specially for people with similar names.

* Depending on status you may end up with debt collectors contacting you.

Provided you cancel the Paypal agreements as asharka has mentioned these things wont happen though.

In the United States and a few are blue exorcist and MAGI but it's only the older seasons

Well, one thing to try, depending on what device you are using, there are two setting places where it might not be finding subtitled files correctly if you do not have the Preferred Language set (away from the default) and explicitly to "English US".

It might be one or both of these:
Here on this web page: /acct/?action=video

Some apps also have an additional settings section to set the "Preferred Language" as well.

Oh gosh thanks a lot!!! It was English (uk) and now it's letting me watch them. Thanks for the help I really appreciate It!
