Must be a problem going on. Opened two different vids,vids would open up but neither of them would play on my lap top. My tablet wouldn't even open the app

I cannot even get onto the app via my phone or my ps4, wish i could at least have some kind of message stating they are having issues or something, im so bored i am having to make my own story!
