I could really use some help, I've signed up for Premium membership on my computer, and planned on logging in on my Xbox One to watch anime, but there's no login button, or log out button. When I click the Try Premium button it doesn't offer login and won't take my card information since I'm already signed up. I've contacted Customer Support and only received automated messages in response that tell me to search the Forum or the knowledge base, well I have and I'm getting no where. Someone please help

It looks like you just joined today. You need to give some time for support to get back in touch with a live answer. The initial canned answers are a first attempt to give quick assistance in case you weren't aware of other help options. A real person does normally follow up afterward -- you just aren't allowing enough time.

It's fine to post here asking for advice though. I'm afraid I can't help though since I don't use Xbox.

I don't mind that at all, I was hoping to find answers in the Forums and Knowledge base, so honestly I'm not upset that they haven't gotten back to me yet. They're only human after-all. Hopefully someone else will see my post and have answers for me.
