ummm. ok I kinda get it now, but will the wiki have plot spoilers in it? Or just a description about the beginning of the anime, drama, game....

Oh yeah!, and a character list...

Wiki's are deadly. You guys have opened up a gate of hell and misery for yourselves with this. Cool idea, but may God help you.

There's actually an automated way to make the list so we don't have to manually add each series, movie, group, artist, etc.

All you have to do is make a Category as you can see at the bottom in the example I made. It's very simple, you just list them as all with the proper tag and it makes a little box for them.
http://wiki.crunchyroll.com/3000_Leagues_in_Search_of_Mother#References
http://wiki.crunchyroll.com/Category:Anime_Series

Example Code:
(This is just an example, I'm not sure what type of categories we will make.)

[[Category:Anime Series]]
[[Category:1976]]
[[Category:Japanese]]

I'm not sure if this has already been posted, but could you post or show a template for what exactly should be included in an article? For example some articles just have a list of voice actors and their characters while other articles have a description of the characters. You mentioned 3000 Leagues in Search of Mother. Should we base everything off of that?

Wiki's thrive on small communities from what I've seen. Normally only one-time visitors seek information and maintainers are the main writers.

But CR is pretty friggin' big. You have a pretty big community here, centered around a median that attracts a lot of the younger and less responsible crowd. I don't see it doing to well, or limiting potential unless a hardcore writer/maintainer group shows and acts as a core.

CR users have surprised me before, and I would love to see this become a large index of correct anime info. Spoiler warnings will be a big problem.

^^ You mean look at other people's articles? Cuz thats what I was saying...other people's articles aren't consistent. Heres an example. The Bleach article we have now : http://wiki.crunchyroll.com/Bleach contains a short description of all the characters. Now the article 3000 Leagues in Search of Mother: http://wiki.crunchyroll.com/3000_Leagues_in_Search_of_Mother doesn't have that. So I'm just wondering which is the standard template we should follow?

Oh and btw I think the wiki is pretty sweet ^-^

No, don't base it off of that. I haven't done much with the wiki site and was just using that as an example because it's the first show on the list.

I don't think we have a format so just do what you think is best. People can always edit it later.

^^ Yea thats true, but it would kinda be a good idea to get it right the first time hehe

Maybe one of the mods could make up a template or just edit one of the pages and then everyone would know just copy whats here and change things for the new articles?
