Yes but an APO is a legal residency of United States Its a US mailing address. I dont have residency in Italy. I have residency in the US. My body is just currently in Italy.

Meh, APO's are always forgotten about in rule sets. We'll see.

Well I have a problem, I live in Turkey, does that automatically disqualify me? (⋟﹏⋞) I had such a good idea...
Guess it'll never happen the day I have the chance to win a contest ╥﹏╥

@Roxeg It's not a judged contest anyway, the winner is selected by random, in theory the winner could be a blurry photo taken in a dark alley. Well, doing it this way does help avoid hurt feelings and anger on the part of the losers in a judged contest.

@Roxeg No, they'll randomly pick a winner from within the qualifying territories. I'm just saying a good idea for a cool photo doesn't have a better shot at winning

Is there a way I could post something even though I don't have a printer? I'd hate to miss the contest because of a stupid reason like that....

The original post was edited, deadline extended by a week to February 22 and "We wanted to open this up to as many countries as possible, and we did our best - but it wasn't as many as we'd like. So even if you can't win prizes, we encourage you to give Chise a tour of your part of the world too ~" Thanks, Miles :)

@CastleSquared Hmm... maybe you could try laying thin paper on a screen and tracing them, then color it in? I dunno if that would be accepted, but it is technically putting *more* work in (Be careful, I am not responsible for scratched/marked screens)

...that reminds me of Toonami's invitation for kids to send in fan art when I was watching in 2000. "If you're caught tracing, your drawing goes straight into the incinerator."

5. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential GP Winner will be contacted via Twitter Direct Message or Instagram Direct Message on or about February 20th, 2018. The potential Winner will be required to respond as directed to the notification WITHIN 24 HOURS or the Entrant may be disqualified and a new potential winner will be selected according to the scores assessed by the Judging Panel during the Judging Period, who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone not fully complying with the Official Rules. The potential Winner will be required to verify address and complete, sign, and return within seventy-two (72) hours an affidavit of eligibility or declaration of eligibility/compliance (as applicable), a liability release, and, unless prohibited by law, a publicity release and other legal documents as may be required by Sponsor in its sole discretion (collectively, the "Prize Claim Documents") covering eligibility, liability, advertising, publicity and media appearance issues. Failure to return the Prize Claim Documents within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of the individual who submitted the Submission that received the next highest number of points as a new potential winner (and who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner). In the event that the potential winner is a legal resident of Canada, before being declared a winner he or she must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, to be administered at a mutually convenient time by telephone. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing questions within the time period provided will result in disqualification and selection of the individual who submitted the Submission that received the next highest number of points as a new potential winner (and who will be subject to disqualification in the same manner).

Sorry, why is it that only Canada has to answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, and if they fail to answer correctly, then they get disqualified? Sorry but that is idiotic. What does maths have to do with any of this...
