Sorry, due to licensing limitations, videos are unavailable in your region.

Guess I might as well do this again. Dust to dust.

All these new animes and none available in Brazil. I'm disappointed. :(

They're not "new" anime, they are "old" ones, with already (limited) established licensing rights being inherited from Funimation, who at the time of acquisition was only interested in serving the USA. The rights for other countries are held by other companies, and/or are just not available for CR to pick up.

To save yourself future pain, you may as well skip reading any title announcements containing the word "Catalog"; those mostly aren't going to be available in countries where English is not the primary language (and not even all of the ones where it is). It is only the simulcasts just being newly produced each quarter in Japan where CR will be able to negotiate for world-wide licensing (except Asia).

Every three months. Check the simulcast announcements every January, April, July, and October.

CR keeps getting titles I own or have seen already. I guess this is a good thing though. Some of us have been at this for decades, others are new viewers finding older titles for the first time. I like what CR is doing :)

If only these shows had a wider range of countries.

Yeah esp when new anime seasons are made, licensed then streamed to you but you can't legally see the older ones. It means most of us don't bother (no point jumping in to anything hair way).

CR's agreement with Funimation doesn't include Latin America, unless there's a 2nd or 3rd season in works (this is, obviously, at the moment). I don't know why somebody deleted my post saying that.

Steins;Gate is back?!?!!? And should I take that as a good sign that CR is going to carry the Steins;Gate 0 series when it comes out in April??? All the new shows in my queue are just going to have to take a backseat. I know I could've just rewatched this gem on Hulu, but this is way more exciting.

Does CR have any strategies or plans for getting catalogue titles for the rest of the world any time soon?

Only if the company involved isn't Funimation. As I said in other post, that agreement didn't include other regions whatsoever.

I remember Magikano as a hilarious series.

The second season of Freezing (Freezing Vibration) was really bad..... Nothing like the first season. Recommend watching the first season and skipping Vibration.
