Hello! I recently got a free trial for membership and forgot to cancel. 20 minutes ago i got a email from paypal saying $6.00 or so was transacted from my account. I tried to cancel the recurring membership earlier, and to no avail, as everytime i do i returns me badk to the same page saying i still have an active membership. As for the money transacted, i request a refund as soon as possible please. This crunchyroll free trial was meant for my sister but she doesnt use it anymore, and i dont use crunchyroll either, so there would be no point for me paying for something i dont use. Thank you for your help and id like for this to get solved quickly.
