There's really no universally right answer for this.
Just give the episodes a try, if you feel like you don't enjoy them you can always skip ahead.

Original series worst filler is easy to find in that it's the GIGANTIC filler arc that comes near the end and encompasses 1/3rd of the entire series. I would skip that.

Shippuden is a little more complex. I would say that any filler that has Naruto as a kid again is garbage and should be skipped. But there are a few really good filler arcs that flesh out characters backstories and stuff quite a bit, particularly for villains. I would watch those.

In the original Naruto I often found the filler stories to be more enjoyable than the main story. They offered character development for Hinata and other secondary characters. The pacing of the stories was also better - if a main story can drag a single afternoon over 26 episodes then you know something is off.

It depends. Some people did the math and calculated that 43% of Naruto is filler, and the filler amount of Naruto Shippuden is 44%. Personally, I really can't stand the absurd amount of filler in Naruto, so I'm hard-pressed to recommend it to those who prefer canon; however, if you don't mind filler as much and have the patience of a saint, go for it.

I saw every single episode of Naruto. For me it was fine watching fillers. So ye i recomend to watch full series with fillers aswell.

it really depends but for the most part some but not all. all cartoons contain fillers, the longer they are the more fillers, so, if you haven't watched it much probably for a bit, but if it's basically recapping the series and it's still fresh in your mind they might not be a reason for it, at least that's how I approach fillers. everyone approaches those things differently I'm sure.

For Naruto, you should watch them. They weren’t even bad.

For Naruto Shippiden, skip them. They dragged on and too many flashbacks.

Do you typically watch filler?

I'd say just watch it, then if it starts to seem oddly slow or nonsensical, check to see if you're in a filler arc and skip it if you'd like.
