Hello,

I recently had to get a new debit card and forgot to update it in crunchyroll. I just received an email that it needs to be updated and I won't have the premium features until I do. I've tried on a few different computers and web browsers. Also tried clearing caches/cookies/etc, but I keep getting the message "Sorry, an error occurred" when I try to access the payment methods.



Any suggestions?

THE LINK DOES NOT DO SHIT!!! THEY PROVIDE A LINK THAT SUPPOSE TO SKIP THE FREE TRAIL PAGE AND I GET THE FREE TRAIL PAGE WHEN I CLICK ON IT. I WENT TO THE PAYMENT SETTING, UPDATED MY CARD AND WAS TOLD IT WAS SUCCESSFUL, BUT THEN I CAN'T GET ACCESS TO MY PREMIUM ACCOUNT.

This is been an ongoing problem with Crunchyroll for years. If you’ve had a free trial before, and you need to update your payment information, you are directed to go to the premium comparison site. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. They ask you to send credit card information through an email which is absolutely inappropriate for a company that charges such fees. After a few tries with different customer service reps I finally got one who knew what they were doing, looked at the file with the updated payment information and resolved the issue.

Netflix, Hulu and Amazon are carrying the same shows, so if you have a subscription with one of them you may think about dropping Crunchyroll; I am. Otherwise keep emailing until you find a customer service rep who is willing to provide great customer service.

Ask them to remove your info, even your card info and cancel it. Then re-subscribe or make a new account.

BUTTTTTTTTTTTTTT they won't get back to you, they won't remove your info either... Small chance they do, please let me know and let me know exactly how long it took, from the first day you inquired help from them, via their support/ticket system.
