Yeah i learned a few words and phrases like: Doushitano? Daijoubu? Tasukete! Kimi/Anata wa dare? Ja, mata ne! and just small things like that. But since you can only learn so much from watching shows i just start teaching my self through books/workbooks, so basic conversation is pretty easy for me to understand.

actually i do.from naruto shippuden.like around five words.mostly from listening the Japanese and looking at the word in English.it kind of fun.

I pick up some words from all the anime I've watched. I can't think of them all off the top of my head, but when I watch anime, I sometimes will catch a word I know.
