Thank you very much, Crunchyroll! After I made the original post, I contacted Crunchyroll tech support and they responded right away. We corresponded several times as I gave more details. I appreciate the other comments on this thread (I referenced this thread as well) so they knew it wasn’t just my iPad. It has been working fine now for about a week. Just wanted to post my thanks!
